Description of needle roller bearing

HK series single row needle bearing is a kind of needle roller bearing with very small radial section size. It mainly consists of a thin wall stamping outer ring with needle roller and cage assembly. These types of bearings are favored in space-constrained industrial applications due to their compact structure and high load capacity.

The stamped outer ring needle roller bearing is formed by precision stamping of ST14 steel plate and treated with high temperature carbonitriding.  It is characterized by small profile height and strong load capacity.  The G2 outer ring raceway of needle roller is guided by a high rigid cage to make it better parallel to the axis.
The outer ring of this type of needle roller bearing adopts a static fit with the bearing box, and does not require a suction fixing device.  Even under high speed and large load conditions, the bearing function can be fully maintained.  In addition, due to the large volume of fat storage, it can not add grease for a long time, but also ensure the long-term flexible rotation of needle roller bearings, and the equipment runs smoothly.

1.Shaft requirements: Since such bearings usually have no inner ring and the needle rolls directly on the shaft, the surface of the shaft with which it is required must be hardened and grinded, and the hardness usually needs to reach more than 670HV to ensure the raceway accuracy and service life.
2.Bearing seat hole tolerance: When the bearing seat material is steel or cast iron, the recommended hole tolerance is N6.
3.Lubrication: bearings can be lubricated by grease or oil. Sealed bearings are usually lubricated internally at the time of supply. It should be noted that the limit speed under grease lubrication is usually lower than that under oil lubrication.
4.Axial positioning: The bearing itself is positioned radially by pressing into the seat hole, but the needle roller and cage assembly must be positioned axally, which can be achieved by clenching rings or peripheral structures inside the housing.
